Dire Straits COMMUNIQUÉ, Post Card (5.25"x 7") Warner Bros. PROMO (1979)

Description

Promotional items from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. All of these were promotional items distributed with the release of the associated records unless otherwise noted.
This 5.25"x 7" post card is a Warner Bros. Records Promotional mailer that was sent to the WB PR data base in conjunction with the original 1979 album release "Communiqué".
There are a lot of Dire Straits post cards out there but this seems to be a one-of-a-kind as far as availability.
This card is addressed and posted. I have blocked the address for the photo with a sticky note.
I'm grading it Excellent because of the address, postmark and a small corner bump lower right.
This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from Warner Bros. Records in 1979. It has been in storage for 45 years.
